Rugby Indiana Registration

Preseason practices begin in early March at Riverwood Park. Season practices begin on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The regular season begins in April.

Rugby Indiana Registration

FREE for 2nd-4th grade & 5/6 coed.

$100 for 7/8th tackle.

This registration covers insurance, administration, and organizational costs of the state and national governing bodies.

Royal Irish Registration

A TeamSnap invite to register with the team will arrive near the end of Feb.

Fees are TBD and will be updated ASAP.

Youth Coach

Our youth teams are coached by fully certified, trained coaches, many of whom also played for the team.

Uniforms

Royal Irish will provide rugby jerseys for matches. We are working on a player pack. Stay tuned for details.

2026 Youth Registration Instructions

Three-Step Registration Process

Royal Irish believes every player should be able to experience the joy of playing rugby, regardless of financial constraints. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment and want to assure parents and players that fees should never be a barrier to joining our rugby family. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and our ongoing fundraising efforts, Royal Irish will not have a registration fee when you register for the 2025 season.

Note: Rugby Indiana does require a fee but they also offer needs-based scholarships. Please click on the Rugby Indiana link below for more information.

ALL players need to register with both Royal Irish Rugby and Rugby Indiana. Parents or guardians must handle the registration process.

Royal Irish Rugby registration tips (TeamSnap):

- Returning parents: log in with your email and password. Your player should show up in the pop-up. Select your player's name and click Register Participant.

- 2025 New Parents: select Create New Participant.

Additional Requirements: Athletic shoes and a mouth guard
