TeamSnap FAQs

Before we can add you as a player, we need your contact information, including your email address. Contact coach,  a Parent Board member or send an email to info@RoyalIrishRugby.com with your information. 

1. Go to your email and find the TeamSnap invitation from your coach or team manager.
2. Click the blue Join Now! button.
3. If you’ve been invited but can’t find the invitation email, click here and we’ll help you track it down.
4. Create a password
5. If you have an existing TeamSnap account under a different email address, click Switch Account to log into the existing account
6. Click Continue.
7. Select Yes or No for whether you are accepting for yourself or on behalf of someone else.
8. If No, enter your name and relationship to the player.
9. Click Continue.
10. Enter your mobile number and select your provider. This is the only way coach will communicate with players so make sure you provide this information.
11. Click Continue.
12. Select Yes for adding family member access to your account.
13. Complete the remaining fields for family member information. The club needs at least one parent‘s contact information.
14. Click Continue.
15. Click Take Me to my Team! and you are all set!.

We highly recommend parents install the TeamSnap app. It’s very convenient and saves us all time and effort. 

The only thing better than TeamSnap is TeamSnap in your pocket, wherever you go! Download our free app for iOS or Android, log in with your new username and password, and enjoy!

Just tap the ? help icon in the top right corner of the Log In screen, and choose Forgot Password? Enter your email address and tap Submit, and you will be sent an email with a secure link to reset your password.

There are two ways you can log into TeamSnap:

Mobile App:

1. Open the mobile app on your device by tapping the TeamSnap icon (Available for download in Google Play for Android or App Store for iOS)
2. Tap Log In
3. Enter email address, tap Next (Android) or Continue (iOS)
4. Enter password, tap Log In

*IMPORTANT:  Once logged into the mobile app, please stay logged in. Logging out may prevent important team alerts/reminders/messages from being received!

Web Browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.):

1. Go to teamsnap.com 
2. Click the Log In button (top right)
3. On the login screen, enter your email address and password 
4. Click the Log In button

That’s it! You can now enjoy the power of TeamSnap.

Make life easier by subscribing to your team’s schedule on your computer or mobile device’s calendar! This will allow you to have the team's full schedule of games and events. 

iPhone

1. Log into TeamSnap on your iOS device
2. Tap team name in the teams list
3. Tap Schedule tab
4. Tap +Add schedule to iOS Calendar at the bottom of the screen
5. Tap Subscribe
6. Tap Done

Android

Android phones are tightly integrated with Google, so to access a subscribed calendar on an Android phone, you must first subscribe through Google Calendar. Google does not provide a way to do this through the mobile app, so it must be done through their web interface. Follow the steps in the section below and then complete the Android steps:

Google Calendar

1. Log into TeamSnap on the web (not mobile app)
2. Click your roster name below the team name to enter the team site
3. Click Schedule tab
4. Click Subscribe/Export

Android 

1. On your Android device, open the Google Calendar app
2. Tap Menu icon in the top left
3. Scroll to bottom and tap Settings
4. Tap TeamSnap calendar in the list
5. Tap Sync to switch on
